The state went to the scene  one year later ,one day before trial. Took new pictures of the crime scene made a new story to match that altered the crime scene to create a struggle that did not take place. The pictures and the experiment for sound done that day was to corroborate  the story exposed by the 911 record in trial to been corroborated  perjury testimony that concealed the real person that caused the injury in the case and to conclude that my brother did the crime.
