My 20 year old son Jeremiah Luckett was hit by a car on December 15 2024 while simply walking down the sidewalk to go home from a trip the the local corner store a man who had stolen something as simple as a juice from another local corner store nearby jumped in his vehicle and veered wrecklessly into incoming traffic on the opposite side of the street that he wasn't supposed to be on and ended up hitting my son from behind my son didn't hear the vehicle approaching because he had on ear buds my child was rushed to the regional one hospital in Memphis Tennessee where he passed away from his engeries I didn't find out about my baby until later on that day he didn't have his identification card on him so he was a John doe I had to go to the medical examiner office in Memphis Tennessee and identify my child my baby has been deceased for almost a month and I been trying to get up the money for his funeral and burial and it's been very difficult but by the grace of god I'm just a little short of having all of the funds I need my goal is to reach 2000 dollars by Tuesday January 14, 2025 please help me and my family to lay my son to rest he was a innocent bystander and only a baby he didn't deserve what happened to him 😭🙏🥹❤️‍🩹💔😞🫶
