The picture shown is the worst leak but not the only one. It is in the laundry room and we got a snake out of it last summer. Thankfully we always keep it closed off. We have buckets and totes in five rooms and tarps on our roof.

My husband has tried at different times to fix the leaks as they happen, but none of them hold.

We have managed to get some tin and lumber. Some of the wood has rotted and will have to be replaced.
