Lost my home living in my truck can't take care of my grand children … they need me so bad I can't take hearing them cry begging to go with me  and I have to walk away and leave them knowingim im breakin there hearts   .I'm worthless to them and can't do this .  ..can't liv3 with not being able to be there for them can't seem to get on my feet this time and don't think I'm going to live through this…can't takefreezing my hands my feet they hurt so bad and only getting worse 

It's getting to the point I do something that I don't want to do ..I need help …please
