I just need a leg up or not a handout I need some help because I'm not able to work at this moment and the copays are not getting covered and I'm not able to cover rent Etc due to these Medical I'm going test that are needed and the diagnosis I'm just walking by fait  and I need the assistance greatly appreciated so I'd appreciate if you prayerfully consider donating. 

Normally I would be able to work a part-time job that's not doable at this time.
