Hello.  Myname is Richard Anthony Webb,  I'm41 years old. When I was 17 I was convicted of a crime that I am not and could not be guilty of. My date of offense was 4/12/2001 the girl I was with was 14yr at the time and I am still under this judgement/ conviction I was given probation and supposed been over with judgement in 10 years but I'm 41 and been excluded from society I've indecent liberties with minor over a relationship I had with this 14yr girl who's mother and father approved this relationship  was supposed been married on 9/2001. However I was sentenced to probation in 1/11 the next year 2001 in Gaston county north Carolina I filled a motion to have sentence vacated but was nit given hearing fairly.  Case in appeals court and I'm in long term drug program and beg for help I was 17 year old kid and I am 41 now and been exculleded from society for 24 years now as a result been fired from jobs before first day of work.  I'mat harmony recovery center in charlotte today and beyond discriminated against her as a result of this illegal conviction the law said there has to be a5 year age difference for this to be illegal and there's not a5 year age difference.  MyNorth certificate and hers does not change even after all these years it's still the same.  Mineis June 3rd 83 and on April 12 of 2001 I was only 17 years old and a child myself I'm 41 today and been a drink as a result of this conviction and would be very very thankful for any help to get my life back I want to get a lawyer and get a small business going I have my Universal EPA license and can do hvac and recross repair work but can't get a job and haven't been able to add a result of this injustice committed against me so please look up this and donate anything you can to help me make one step at a time and that will be helping me and God bless you for reading my story and any help no matter the help I'm trying to make community aware of this injustice and beg for chance to be a part of community I have been exculleded from my whole life done being a 17yr child.
