It is my hope as an ex felon to help felons of all classes learn how to not only take responsibility for their actions but make better choices and learn trades specifically through culinary field as I was taught so long ago before I made my own bad choices.
It is my hope that society can,as others have, give not only myself but others like myself who strive to change, the second chance God says we all deserve.
