Hi everyone!

We are getting so close to Sue’s due date, and I know we’re all beyond excited for this next chapter in her and Brad’s life. Truly, I can’t think of anyone more deserving. Sue has a heart of gold and is a natural caregiver—she’s going to be an incredible mom.

Before anything else, I just want to say how incredibly grateful we are for all of the love, gifts, and support that Sue and Brad have already received. It truly means so much and has not gone unnoticed.

I’m starting a small fundraiser to help with some of the expected (and unexpected) costs that come with welcoming a new baby. Sue is planning to take about 6 weeks off after delivery, and during that time she’ll still be responsible for paying rent at the salon. As we all know, those first weeks go by fast, and she may want (and deserve!) a little extra time at home with her baby.

My hope is to raise some funds to help ease that financial pressure so she can focus on what matters most—recovering and soaking up those precious early moments. Sue has shown up for so many of us (myself included), and this is a chance for us to show up for her.
