Our friend. Tonya, who does all of the class uploading and keeps us all on track at www.artistinresidence.co , had emergency gallbladder removal surgery on Saturday Night.  Tonya is a deaf single mom with an extremely rare autoimmune disease, who works 3 jobs to pay her bills.  

People have asked what they can do to help her. 

I'd like to make it so she doesn't have to worry about working at her restaurant job where she is on her feet lifting things many hours a week for a few weeks.  It would be great if we could alleviate the stress of having to pay her rent this month, so she can take a break and heal.  Her rent is $1450 and if AIR artists and Tonya's friends could come up with even some of that it would help a great deal.  Our goal is $1500 which will also cover the transaction fees of the platform (which are standard).
