My name is Sean and I am 51 and I work as a iInspector for a municipal water district.  After a surgery a decade ago  I was given a medication that destroyed my teeth and I used every dollar $23,000 from a 401k to put a bridge and 2 implants and this have now failed and my bottom teeth are completely rotted out. I have a chronic gag reflex that will not allow me to have standard dentures so the next option I can do is all on 4 dentures that have 4 posts drilled into the jaw that hold dentures in the mouth permanently. I have  dental dental insurance and it covers $1500 a year so it helps with almost nothing . This option for the all on 4 dentures is the budget route.  I live pay check to paycheck now and my wife is on SS disability  after 6 back operations so I have nowhere else to turn but to ask for the generosity of the public and the kindness of strangers to help me.  I fear my job will be at risk if I continue to come to work with missing front teeth and I know I have been passed up for promotions because who wants a toothless person representing the county.  I would like to thank anyone and everyone who can help and I will forever be in your debt.  Thank you so much .
