I am a disabled veteran with no monetary benefits. I have access to most of the money I need to purchase this modest home, but I am $80,000 short of the purchase price, and closing costs will be about $15,000. Any funds over that amount will be used to rebuild the interior, as it has been gutted since going through a fire.
