I have worked hard and have lost 120 lbs .. I was diabetic and had high blood pressure.. If I wanted to live longer as an only parent of 4 .. I was told by the doctor that I must lose weight.. I have uploaded photos of my excess skin.. I dont leave the house much or do I dare show my arm, legs or boobs in public or at home.. I am embarrased of how they look ..
