My poor baby girl Abby developed a cyst or tumor on the back side of her front right paw. I took her to the vet to see why it developed & if its life threatening or not. They said if it's not cancerous & or it doesn't rupture the skin & open up, its not causing her any pain & not life threatening but they recommend surgery to remove it because her skin was really stretched out on & around the growth & it could become too big for her skin & will bust open & then potentially get infected, which if not treated could happen & then become life threatening. They also said it's effecting her quality of life even if not painful because it's effecting her mobility. The estimated they gave me for the surgery also included a dental treatment as well because she has stage 2 dental decay/disease which if possible, I'd like to have done so she don't have pain from dental issues however, I'm not going to be picky about that right now so if people do not want to help with that I understand & will be so grateful for just her current immediate need be addressed. also they wanted to do both the dental & remove the growth at the same time & would then recommend they biopsy it to see if it's cancerous at that time, so I won't know that unless they do the surgery to remove it first. The worst case scenario which is if the growth gets bigger & ruptured open has happened. I am on Social security so my income is very little & I barely can get my rent & utilities paid. I was never going to be able to afford the estimate which I forgot the exact amount but it was just under $2000.00 so I was just hoping it wasn't cancerous & wouldn't rupture & she would not need surgery right away or at all possibly because I was never going to be able to afford it, the worst has happened and it's infected too. It smells terrible & looks even worse. I took a video of her & her infected growth while a friend of mine helped me change her dressing. ADVISORY GUY THOSE WITH A WEAK STOMACH, THE VIDEO SHOWS A VERY INFECTED NASTY LOOKING AND IF SEEN IN PERSON, FOUL SMELLING PUSY OPEN MASS. I've been providing her womb care which I only could afford the bandages & stuff because of my OTC that I get with my insurance, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to even afford to buy that stuff. I'm doing the best for her but I don't even have enough money to pay for a vet bill just to have her looked at & I definitely don't have enough to pay for surgery. I don't even know if they would even recommend surgery anymore or if they will recommend she be humanly put to rest as she is an older dog but my car broke down & I don't even have transportation to get her to the vet office & if I do manage to get her there, I won't be able to pay for her to be looked at, or for them to provide her proper womb care or antibiotics for her. She definitely needs antibiotic meds ASAP or she will become septic & die which in the mean time, she is in pain, & doesn't feel well & suffering greatly as she could very well be septic at this point but IDK for sure. I just don't want her to suffer. If they recommend she be put to sleep, although it will break my heart so bad, I'll agree to it. If they say that with treatment, she can be saved, then I want to at least try to raise enough to get it done. I'll do whatever any anybody who is willing to help, that they want or need from me to be willing to help (obviously not illegal or unethical stuff). I'll work if off, I'll volunteer, I'll take her to any vet office u want me to. She was seen and got the vet estimate from Pets in Need of greater Cincinnati & I'll take her there for treatment but if you have a vet clinic you work with that you prefer I take her to, that's fine. I'm ok with donations going directly to whatever vet office I end up taking her to, to receive the funds. You don't have to let me see a dime of your money personally if that helps convince any donors to be willing to donate. I put $2000.00 as the goal but vet bills with surgery could be more or less than that Idk. I was just guessing. I plan to to take her where I been taking her to unless someone has a preference for a specific vet office they prefer. But if you don't care which vet I go thru then a donation payment can be made for Abby at Pets in Need of greater Cincinnati in Lockland. I'll look up the info for that clinic after I'm done setting this up, & give more detailed info.
My info is, my name is Sally Williams, I also went by Sally Zimmer & Sally Carcutt from when I was married. I reside in Delhi township, I am 50 years old. I live alone with my Abby and a pet bird. My bird is a Quaker parrot named peekaboo. He is in good health but could use a vet visit but there aren't any avian specialist around where I live by. He was given to me by a friend who passed away. She willed him to me. He was a rescue before she got him so I have no idea what age he is. It's not ilegal in the state of Ohio to own a Quaker, but it is required to have their wings clipped. I think that is mean to do to a bird plus also I'm a new bird owner & I'm afraid if I do it, I'll do it wrong & hurt him. I learned from YouTube videos about quarter parrots that they can be difficult & moody breed of bird, which he is, but I bonded with him & now I really like him a lot anyways. He says & does a lot of cute & funny things & brings me a lot of joy & laughs. I'm going to rely heavily on him for emotional support if Abby doesn't recover from this problem, or if she does, whenever she need to be put to rest some day. I am disabled. I was married twice and divorced twice. I'm considered legally a little person because I'm only 4'7 tall. I do not have a criminal record & I have never been arrested & I'm not on drugs. I'm just poor. My number if you want to contact me is (513) 975-7442 my birthdate if you want to do some back ground check on me is 03/03/1976. I'll send you a pic of my driver's license and a selfie or do a video call where you can see me and Abby if that helps. If you have read this entire post that is amazing as it is extremely long so thank you for reading it all I really appreciate you just for even doing that because I know it's a lot.
