My fiance and I will benefit from this assistance, the power company shut us off and won't reconnect us unless we pay $3100 from a past due bill from a prior resident. I am on a fixed income. I receive the only income in the home right now and it is not enough. I am ashamed to have to ask for help but I don't know where else to turn. Anything will be appreciated.
