Friends,

Right now, my husband and I are facing foreclosure and eviction. We need some help to get our payments caught up and with this commitment, we can stop the foreclosure and eviction. 

1-1/2 years ago, I lost my job and was unemployed for 8 months.  Although I am now working,  I am “underemployed”, earning much, much less than I was.  It’s hard for a 65 year old woman to find a good job.  I didn’t realize that age played so much into employment.

In 2016, my husband became disabled due to End Stage Liver Disease.  He is on the UNOS list for a liver transplant, so he has been unable to work since 2016.

My unemployment and underemployment caused us to fall behind on all of our payments.  We are now in a position to afford the home payment, but are behind and have to get caught up, which is almost impossible without help.
