Raleigh was a beautiful little town next to Beckley West Virginia. Home of New River Gorge, Grandview overlook and so much more. This Little mining town has been forgotten and the locals who have lived here all of their lives, some since the early 1950's.  Many local Raleigh Township folks are in desperate need to fix up their homes just to have adequate living space or need their leaky roofs fixed. I am a retired carpenter of 30 years who has recently moved here to retire and homestead.  I want to help but i do not have the funds to help everyone. I have donated some of my time to the local South Raleigh Baptist Church that was in need of ceiling repairs. After driving through this town with the Churches Preacher, i was devastated on how many people are in need of help here. It is a beautiful area in a beautiful state and i need your help to raise money so we can begin helping some of the elderly folks here have comfortable and adequate living space.
