My Girlfriend recently broke both her feet and ankles from falling from two story house changing window screen. She also had a bone cut her artery. She had 3 surgery so far one foot with pins and plates other damaged beyond repair say the doctors. 

Most likely she will never walk again without pain or possibly having it amputated . 

Risa is a great person and never deserved the horrible accident to happen. She loved being outdoors and staying active . 

Her insurance barely covered hospital bills she needs to go into physical therapy right away before it's to late and losses her ability to ever walk again. Her insurance will not cover it and can't afford to bring her to therapy.  

This would mean the world to such a beautiful amazing girl.  This has devastated our lives feeling like a part of her is not there anymore. We are people that never ask for help in anything but I don't know what else to do. 

Not to mention we were living in California and lost our house in fire last month relocated to Arizona to rent a house and , she had this accident while changing window screen with new sun screens , when a gust of wind caught screen and she lost her balance. 

I appreciate anyone taking time to read this and appreciate all the help so far from surgeons and othopedic surgeons from Scottsdale Osborne hospital. Thank you.
