Dear family & friends,

   I write to you today with a heavy heart, as I share the story of a mother and son that resides in Charleston, West Virginia, who are facing immense challenges daily. Tina and her son Lynden are struggling with both physical and mental health issues and their lack of transportation is making their situation even more difficult. Tina has been diagnosed with a debilitating physical condition which has greatly impacted her ability to move and work.

 Additionally, she and her son are dealing with mental health challenges that require intense therapy and ongoing care. Without adequate transportation they are finding it extremely difficult to access the medical care and support services they urgently need. 

As a human being, the willingness to help others & who selflessly go out of their way to make a difference in another person's life embody the purest form of compassion and generosity. It is our sole duty as a nation, to unite and support those among us who are in need.

 I appeal to your compassion and generosity to contribute to our fundraising efforts to provide Tina and Lynden with a reliable means of transportation.

Our goal is to raise enough funds to secure a vehicle or cover the expenses of a down payment enabling them to attend crucial medical appointments, therapy sessions and other necessary resources.

It will help alleviate their distress and provide them with the opportunity to rebuild their lives with hope and dignity.
