Last year I had 4 separate back procedures and nasal cavity surgery. My savings was wiped out and I am locked into multiple monthly payments to multiple different entities to pay the debts incurred. These payments added to fuel expense just to go to work takes basically everything I have after household bills get paid. It is very frustrating to work so hard and not have anything left when I should be saving for retirement. It would be a humbling and heartfelt experience to get help with these expenses.
