my Name is Joleen Taylor and I have been living on a feeding tube dye to the lack of my esophagus working for several years i have had many procedures to help me get nutrients in all which have failed i’m at the end stages of alchalasia and they now need me to have my esophagus removed it is a very risky surgery but very needed for quality of life i’m terrified and the cost of travel and lodging to and from the Mayo Clinic is more than i can do on my small amount of disability i get I am raising my sisters two young children since her suicide in 2019 and i want to get healthy enough to raise them properly if there is any way that you can help I promise that i will pay it forward in the future and God willing be able to give back to the community in any way i can  God Bless
