My name is Peter Simmons and I am in need of some help.  I have found myself in a situation that I am not proud of and embarssed to speak about but I need the help of my friends, colleagues and people I don't even know. 

For the last eight years I have owned and operated a local executive car service called A2B Transportation.  While it A2B Transportation had been successful, most recently the business has faltered to the brink of a total and complete collapse. As a result I am no longer able to pay my everyday expenses such as rent, insurance, car payments, medical bills, utilities, credit cards etc. 

Additionally, I underwent open heart surgery in August and was not able to work for 9 weeks and had little to no income for this entire period of time. This just made an already bad situation significantly worse. 

While I am back to work as a Notary Signing Agent my income level is signinficantly less and my pay is sporadic which makes keeping up with things next to impossible.

In all likelyhood I am facing bankruptcy but can't even file yet because I don't have the funds to pay the filing fee or hire an attorney.  In the meantime I am trying to keep my creditors at bay with this fund raising effort.

If you could help me it would be much appreciated even if it's just a dollar. Every little bit helps in situations like these.  

As a Master Mason and a Shriner I understand the importance of charity and hope that those of you who took the time to read this will too and be compelled to help someone in need.
