My name is Shawn and I was recently hospitalized for an appendectomy, and I am in need of getting my gallbladder out now. I have been unable to pay my rent and a need of assistance for that. I am currently in the process of applying for Medicaid in my state, but due to some identity theft it has delayed that. Medical bills are not the essential cost at this moment the essential cost is my rent. To help me keep from becoming homeless. I am in recovery and was homeless for 7 years of my life, I have lived in my apartment now for 6 years and I'm terrified of losing it.
