I am 32 and in Mild Congestive Heart Failure- I have a heart condition called Shone’s Syndrome or Shone’s Complex, and July of 2024 I was informed that I am in need of my 5th open heart surgery to place a valve in the right side of my heart as my pulmonary valve is basically nonexistent and causing regurgitation into my heart and lungs. I receive disability SS but Medicaid refuses to acknowledge this so I have only Medicare at this time. I have done everything I can to get my Medicaid back and here I am still not on Medicaid. I am having to pay CoPays out of pocket. On top of being a single mother makes it  rather difficult. I am expected to pay out of pocket for my upcoming appointments as one is listed below. My next appointment will be a surgery consultation and the appointment STARTS at $250. I have resulted to starting this fundraiser to help with my CoPays for my November 11th appointment and other upcoming appointments. Thank You and Bless You. 
 

UPDATE: I went to my appointment. I will be needing a dental appointment (a cleaning and a tooth pulled) soon in preparation for my 5th open heart surgery. I’m not sure  how much the dental appointment is but will be finding out soon, I found out today that I will have to be put on dialysis after surgery as I have a kidney disease as well so if you can throw some extra prayers in I would greatly appreciate it. I will be heading BACK to Fort Worth soon for a nephrologist appointment and will continue to share and update this as I can.
