On January 22nd our mom had a major Neck and Spine Surgery up at the Cleveland Clinic- Ohio. She had to have this operation done because the last  surgery was unsuccessful. There were complications during surgery. They had to put her on a ventilator for 5 days because her throat was swelling shut. She ended up being in the ICU for 16 days then came home last Wednesday. As of now she is partially paralyzed in her left arm from the elbow up. She has a long road to recovery.
