I am trying to raise money so that I can rebuild mine and my daughters lives after losing our car and our home by being forced out by the land owner, which sadly is my daughters grand mother.  The property and home we used to live at is originally my girls fathers that he inherited, but he signed over the property to his mother when he went to prison, currently still there serving a 7 year sentence. I had moved back into this home in November 2020 after talking about it with him and his mother and agreeing to her proposal of the home being form of child support to me and had me to sign paperwork on that but there was no limit stated on our time to live there, so took that as we would be able to stay at least til our daughters were 18. The home is very old and has its normal wear and tear, our roof as several leaks, to where id have to get buckets out in different rooms to catch water each time in rained.  After July 2025 when we had the flooding our driveway suffered significant damage and the leaks in our roof had got worse. After my daughters father had left to go to prison, I stayed financially struggling all the time so after the the damage that the flooding had done to our drive way and our roof I had no choice but to go to his mother to ask if she would be wiling to help me on repairing the roof and drive way.  our drive way before the flooding was very bad and had already done so much damage to my van that it had too much damage from going up and down it that it wouldn't run and all the repairs  that it needed I could not begin to afford.  I was refused on getting help with the repairs and was told I had to be out of the home within 2 weeks time. Our power was turned off and meter box was removed from power company, which forced us to leave.  I know I had rights but I could no longer stay there having children and there being a block on the account, making it where I couldn't turn the power back on.  I was completely blind sided by all of which she's done by now, and lost on what to do, not thinking of any legal action because I considered the fact of her being family, never thinking an eviction would be taken out on me from a family member, to make it that much harder on me to get a new home. the eviction came into play after I already left so I wasn't aware of it til I didn't have much time left at all till we had our court date, so therefore I had no time to prepare or to fight my case and still I was in much disbelief that she my daughters grandmother would actually stick with and go through with through with it and I froze the day I had court going in so unprepared and not know what to do or say and nervous as ever, she went though with it and won the case and I had an eviction on my record.  My only hope really was getting an income based apartment, but due to the eviction on my record now, I won't be able to get income based help for the six years. I am stuck in the deepest hole in life right now I feel and its keeps getting harder and harder trying to escape because now I know longer have my car or my home, haven't been able to work due to not having a car and my finances have decreased almost 85% besides the little I have been able to make here and there being self employed yet not having a vehicle even being self employed has caused for my income to drop as well.  I desperate need of help to try an get back on my feet, hoping to raise enough to at least get us a reliable used car so I can get my daughters to school and myself around for work so that I ca even to try an make enough on my own to pay the cost of average rent for a 1 to 2 bedroom home.  anything will help. posting this was very hard for me, I didn't want to have to come to this, I feel embarrassed with where I am in life not ever expecting to lose all I once had. I want to get back on my feet and get my daughters and I a  place to call home so we can finally have some relief, more than ever hoping to before Christmas. thank you so much and god bless
