I am wanting to open an ice cream truck in my community, being in a rural area I feel there is a need for such business in order for the residents, especially children whom are often unable to enjoy a trip to local food establishments for such “treats” due to lack of transportation, considering the travel is often more than 30 minutes away to most restaurant.
