As many of you know, Sara is a fighter. After the first battle with cancer, we hoped this chapter was closed for good. Facing a 2nd diagnoses is a weight nobody should ever have to carry. As her caregiver, I am still by her side to face these challenges once again.  There are new challenges physically, emotionally, and most of all financially. 

Between treatments , weekly appointments, and daily costs of living while focusing on her recovery, the financial burden is growing. 

On Friday, March 13, 2026, Sara received her 2nd stem cell transplant (HUGE THANK YOU TO HER COUSIN AND DONOR ANGELA!!!!!). 

Sara's only focus should be healing. Due to her need for a 24/7 caregiver for at least 3 months, I will not be able to commit to a regular job and provide the care she needs. 

We are raising funds to help cover medical bills, caregiver support, and our living expenses (rent, utilities, etc.) . Contributions will also cover other bills/living costs, such as gas, car maintenance, food, daily essentials, and supplies needed to improve and strengthen Sara's health and wellbeing. 

Donations from the first fight eased the financial burdens for Sara immensely!  We are forever grateful to all of you who donated and have continued to contribute in other ways to allow us to focus on Sara's recovery.
