Hello, my name is Tony. In May 2025, my life changed in ways I could never have imagined. What started as severe abdominal pain and a high fever quickly turned into an emergency hospitalization. Doctors discovered a bacterial infection in my blood and liver, and multiple abscesses had formed on my liver. After intensive antibiotics and a liver aspiration, I thought the worst was finally behind me.
But during an MRI to check on my recovery, the doctors noticed some concerning signs on/in my pancreas. Several tests, scans, and a Fine Needle Aspiration biopsy later, I received the news no one ever wants to hear:
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma that had spread to my pancreas.
Hearing those words was devastating. I was told I have a 45% chance of reaching five years — a statistic I carry with me every day. But I’m determined to do everything in my power to maximize that time, not just for myself, but for the people I love most. My family are my world, and I’m fighting with everything I have for more time with them.
As I begin treatment and prepare for what will be a long, exhausting journey, I’m facing medical bills and travel expenses that are overwhelming. Even with insurance, the costs of ongoing treatment, follow-up scans, specialized appointments, and travel to medical centers add up quickly.
That’s why I’m humbly asking for help.
Any donations received, will go directly toward treatment-related costs and travel to the specialists working to give me the best possible chance.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page means more than you know. Every prayer, every message, every share helps me stay hopeful and strong.
Thank you — truly — for taking the time to read my story, for supporting me, and for helping me fight for more time with my family. Your kindness gives me strength on the hardest days.
With gratitude, Tony
