Hello my name is Philip I am trying to raise money for my father Paul Laverne Green for his trip to Indiana for surgery both my mother and father live together but they are both on social security they have little to no money and I myself struggle with addiction I had a great childhood my father made that possible if I could I would give him all the money in the world I would like to give him the chance to be able to go to Indiana to have his surgery at least maybe I could help pay back the memories that I cherish so much of my childhood he has a very rare form of cancer that one in a million men catch or get I'm not sure of the correct medical term but if you could please find it in your heart to help out with his trip for surgery I would be forever and everyone's debt My father is a born-again Christian and a recovering alcoholic of 7 years now I am so proud of him he is 68 years old and his health is dwindling so please find it in your heart to help my father and my mother drive to Indiana to get the needed care that he deserves thank you so much and God bless everyone
