Hello my name is Gary Pilgrim I am the husband of Tara Pilgrim who is a 47 year old mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. She is a college student who decided to go back to school to fill her life long dream in the medical field and to show her children that it's never to late in life to fulfill you dreams no matter what the circumstances maybe. Tara started becoming sick in her first year of college but she has not let this defined her and her dreams .

 She was diagnosed with a rare disease called Pulmonary Arterial Hypotension  (PAH) that has created a hole in her heart . There are days where walking to the restroom on her own is nothing more then a challenge for her . Playing with the grandbabies have become limited .She was referred to Dallas Texas for treatment by one Dr because there is no Dr in her home town that is specialized to treat her for this illness . Two days later after seeing her heart specialist and finding out that she had developed a hole in her heart she was referred to the Mayo clinic in Jacksonville Florida where she will receive the treatment and care for both conditions. Tara needs help with medical expenses to help pay for treatment that the insurance does not cover and for her trips there. Eventually she will have to move five sates over and away from her family to be able to continue to receive treatment for this life threatening disease to be able to save her own life and to continue her education to work towards her life long dream and to be able to remain her on earth with her grandbabies and watch them grow. Please help us to raise the funds she needs to be able to receive the care and treatment she needs. Thank you
