“Help Sheba Become a Mom Through Donor IVF”

Heyyy, I’m Sheba — 50 years fabulous, full of hope, and on a mission to become a mom through IVF with donor eggs. Just typing that makes my heart flutter (and maybe my blood pressure rise a little), but here we are. I've come too far to turn back now.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of being a mother. That dream didn’t fade as the years went by — it got louder. Life didn’t stick to the timeline I imagined (whose does?), but my heart has never stopped yearning for this.

Now, science is giving me a second chance to build the family I’ve always wanted. IVF with donor eggs is my best — and only — option. It’s beautiful. It’s miraculous. It’s also... expensive. Up to $30,000 expensive.

I’ve already completed my bloodwork and am prepping for a saline sonogram (fancy name for “let’s make sure the baby hotel is in good shape”). Next up: choosing a donor. I’m SO close — I just need a little help to cross the finish line.

Becoming a parent would mean the world to me. I have so much love, patience, and really good bedtime story voices to give. I believe in this future child with every fiber of my being — now I just need help getting them here.
