This all started about 3 years ago. I had known focal seizures. But in 11/ 2023 I had a grand mal seizure. MRI showed multiple menigiomas, and one of them was growing. Which ment a craniotomy for the menigiomas that was causing my seizures. 

So I had the craniotomy but when I woke up from the anesthesia, I had short-term memory loss, aphasia (I knew what I wanted to say but could not get it from my brain to my mouth), and cognitive deficits with a lower IQ. I needed PT/OT/ST. I lost my job, (which was my family's insurance) because I ran out of PTO. A few months later, Scott, my husband had been let go with his whole department. 

We made to much money for Health-e-Arizona, with my long-term disability and could not afford the payments for government insurance. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ We lost my long-term disability, when the primary insurance, from my job, ran out.

I have been looking for a job (against all of my doctors disapproval) and I am over qualified or under qualified. I have had several interviews with no luck, due to my memory loss or aphasia. (I think)

Scott, he has looked for a job, but he has only found, no set schedule, no guaranteed hours and no benefits, jobs. He is cleaning pools right now. 

I have told my family, so I can tell everyone,  I have just recently found two spots on my right leg, that where biopsyed and came back cancerous. I had to have surgery to remove them. I am in recovery stage and I will have to have multiple wound care appointments. Skin checks and MRIs every 3 months for monitoring and making sure that nothing has changed. 

If you could give my family a gift of of anything, we would greatly appreciate it. If you are unable to give, please pray that the doctors, nurses and PT/OT/ST, do what they were taught to do and pray for healing.

It is in God's hands now. God can always give us more than we can handle, He just knows that he is standing behind you, and giving you the strength to battle. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. ❤️
