I am scheduled to have a biopsy again on my thyroid this month. I had insurance but the copay and Genetic testing of the sample is more than I ca afford. It’s 2500 and then the follow up drs portion is 500. Next step will be surgery once they determine if it’s cancer(it’s highly suspicious according to the ultrasound). i don’t want to have to put this off but at this time I have no choice.

Voice Issues
My ENT will be scheduling a laryngoscopy to check my vocal cords as i am starting to loose some ranges of my voice. Suspect that one of the nodules is pressing on the nerve. Usually when this happens it is "usually" the result of the nodule being cancerous and spreading. I am still waiting to schedule my biopsy as I still need to find the funds. Now I will need to find the money for this test. Insurance estimates it to be around 250.00. All of this is weighing on me as I know i need to do it but without the money i have to wait until i can pull together the funds. Any help you can give means more to me than you could possibly know.
