I am suffering from ( thyroid gland  ) The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped organ located in the base of your neck. It releases hormones that control metabolism and which has lead me to loose my work and asset and left with pains and wife and three kids , my surgery will be due in few month and i am here pleading if anyone can be a help toward it , little will be really appreciated
