I'm in a wheelchair but I can drive my car broke I cannot get to my doctor's appointments unless I take the cab and it takes 3 hours for 15 minutes appointment and upstate New York that's crazy other than the top of a hill so I can't even get to the bus system I can wheel myself down but I can't get back up I need help I have good credit but I don't have collateral I am literally stuck anything would help I've started on my own saving and thank you in advance
