Hi, I’m Stacey, and I desperately need some help! I have an appointment for testing with a new doctor in Dallas which will require a few overnight stays and gas money for my car to make it to Dallas and back to Amarillo. I need help getting there and staying for the visit.

If I don’t make this appointment, I will lose my chance for social security disability benefits, so I am literally begging everyone for help! Please give whatever you can spare! I desperately need to go to this doctor, and there are none in Amarillo, so I am forced to go to Dallas. I appreciate your help and support more than I could ever begin to express!
