I had a heart attack due to a blockage. I also need multiple surgeries. Including belly button hernia. Gallstone removal. I have pinched nerves in my back and my right leg stays numb. I have many other issues and it's hard to walk long distances. I really need a car to get to place to place and I have a young daughter. This would be a blessing for me and my daughter.
