we need help with are water bill we need 800 to get it turned on my husband wears diapers and is disabled its been a week since we had water on we have 3 small kids in the house and im begging for help we tried programs and church's but only got helped with 300 this is with a payment plan please any small amount helps so we can get it turned on again
