Yvonne broke her arm while trying to ride her new bicycle that had just been repaire. She is unemployed but has health insurance that she thought would cover the acciden. Too her and friends and families amazement she had a deductible that first has to be met before she can have the surgery where she will need pins and screws. Any help will be deeply appreciated
