It's with great thankfulness and joy to tell you that at age 60, I have the opportunity to finally own a home. I've struggled financially since becoming a widow as I'm disabled and am living on Social Security. It's not enough to own a traditional home, but this will be a tiny home. The payments will be affordable on this small home,and I'm so excited, because I've never owned my home! After purchasing a very small piece of land and paying all taxes etc. I'm short on the amount needed to get it delivered and set up.
