My dad was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma is a type of cancer that originates in the glandular cells, which line your organs and produce fluids like mucus or digestive juices. It is one of the most common forms of cancer and can develop in several parts of the body, most notably the lungs, colon, breast, prostate, and pancreas. Dad was diagnosed May 4, 2026 and is rapidly declining. He has this burden of an outstanding ele bill due to prev tenants not paying and therefore needing this to be paid and does not want to leave his children to pay this as he doesn’t have any assets and wants his house to stay in the family .
