For over a year I have been struggling with my health and trying to pay bills. Alot of my bills are past due and with other health conditions I have been missing alot of work. My eyesight continues to deteriorate and if I don't get the surgery soon I will lose my eyesight, my job and my way of living. Yes I have insurance and the money I  need up front before they will even proceed with surgery.  This money is considered “my share” and they will not do a payment plan.i am someone who never asks for help .
