Wes Smith has spent his entire life being the first person to show up when anyone needs a hand. As a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend that anyone could ever imagine. He constantly puts others before himself, always giving freely, even if it means going without. Now Wes is facing a tough battle of his own, and he finds himself needing the help and support to fight cancer.

On August 10, 2026 Wes underwent surgery to remove a malignant tumor from a lymph node in his neck. Following the procedure , he was diagnosed with Throat/Tongue cancer. Because of the surgery and upcoming medica/treatment regiment he will be unable to work.  His treatments are expected to last from 3 to 9 months, followed by monitoring and therapy. 

With the upcoming medical care and therapy treatment the financial strain is catching up quickly. This fundraiser will help to relieve the financial burden that lies ahead.
