Hi. I'm Laurie Waller and I'm in desperate need of assistance.  I don't like asking for assistance from anyone really,  but my situation isn't getting better. 

First,  I haven't been to a doctor in at least 8 years and I'm 58 yrs old. My Dad passed away from colon cancer and my grandmother had double mastectomy before passing from dementia and I have worried about possible hereditary illnesses.  

I haven't been able to work due to transportation issues.  Although I have a vehicle,  it's inoperable and the registration,  tag and insurance have expired.  I live in a rural area, with one convenient store and a Dollar General, so finding a job here is nearly impossible. If my vehicle was legal and running, I'd have a job, I believe. 

My Mom is 79 yrs old and is on disability, so she can't afford to help me and I am at my wits end and it feels hopeless most days. 

I just appreciate any help I can get and will volunteer if possible.
