I’m Teneka, and life in Kennett just got a lot harder. A sudden autoimmune flare-up has kept me out of work for 8 weeks, and my savings are gone. To make matters worse, my car’s transmission blew, leaving me stranded and unable to get to my specialists in Memphis. I’m 2 months behind on rent and facing a shut-off notice.
