To family, friends, co-workers, former co-workers:

I am reaching out in a time of need . It's never an ideal situation to ask for help, I always have a hard time doing so. Being vulnerable and humble is never easy.

In the last year I came across sudden injuries, beginning with my back, then knee, now currently, my hip.  in which I have had to take time off work, collecting disability through my work,  which is never enough. My current situation is that I now need surgery for my left hip, femoral stress fracture. They will need to surgically put in pins to stabilize my femoral neck bone. My right hip is already beginning a slight tear. So they may need to do the same surgery in future if needed. Because of the work I do, , the surgery is very important. It will prevent further damage in future. Because of the unexpected costs for surgery and the Physical Therapy I will need after, I am asking for any help that anyone can provide. My insurance covers some of the cost, but I have to pay a certain amount out of pocket. I will be out of work for the next 4-6 months. Collecting Disability is not enough to cover my Medical, and other Life expenses. Sometimes things in  life just happen in certain ways in which is out of your control.

I have never been in this type of situation before. Having to have surgery, and missing this much work. I kindly ask for a helping hand. Anything will certainly help. And I can't even explain how thankful and appreciative I will be. There are some of you that know me through a friendship, or working together, although we my not speak often or time has passed, anything you can do to help I would be greatful for. I understand if you cannot help. All I ask is for your prayers!

My surgery is set for next week, June 3. I pray everything will be ok, God willing. It's in God's hands now. My journey through this process, mental and physical healing, so I can return back to work as soon as I can
