EspañolHello, my name is Bless Baltazar Bawiin. I am fundraising to help my Uncle, John Ortega Baltazar. He was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 - Colon cancer. Metastasis has been traced in the liver, lungs and bones. My Uncle is based in the Philippines, and under his son's insurance thru work, with maximum of $2,500.00 coverage. It has been maxed out due to tests and consultations. My Uncle was admitted to the hospital to undergo Colostomy, and would undergo Chemo therapy, once he's recovered from surgery.
