One year ago, my family and I lost our home. Since then, we have been trying to rebuild a safe place for our four children, including our daughter who has microcephaly and needs a lot of extra care. Because she needs so much attention, only one of us can work, and it’s been very hard to make enough to finish building a home for her and the rest of our family. Even though we have tried so much, we just can’t do it alone.

Right now, we are living with my mother, all of us in one room and sharing one bed. It’s not easy, but we keep going for our kids. The funds from this fundraiser will help us buy building materials so we can finally build a home for our children. Having a safe and comfortable space would mean everything to us, especially for our daughter who needs special care.
