Hi my name is Tonie Christy I started working at the age of 12 at my aunt's cleaning company then at 16 I worked at a family restaurant and Tim Hortons as I went to school at 19 I had my first kid an went to work on the oil rigs where I work as long as it was going good got laid off a few times but always went back until a year ago when I got hurt off the job an lost function of my bladder due to a back injury that I'm still currently waiting to have surgery to fix it. Doctor told me it's been to long so I'll never have bladder function again. But I'm doing this because I can't work due to this an I have a family of 8 6kids my self an my girlfriend she work but don't make enough to cover everything an be able to travel to Cleveland clinic 1-2 times a month so if you can and willing it would be great appreciate because I don't know what else to do. I tried everything even filing for short term social security and got told I'm to young I'm 34 and it's a fixable as long as I can make it to my  appointments 2.5 hours away
