Im starting this for a young mother with five beautiful kids. Right now she's had to make the choice to leave her kids with relatives as she tends to baby Elijah at St Jude in Memphis TN, 8 hours from home. Torn in two places with two homes the bills don't stop. No mother should have to worry like this. Our community supported my family when we went through this cancer journey and now I hope we can rally around this mom and her family too.

On May 1st, 2026, our lives flipped upside down. We found out recently that my 8-month-old baby boy, Elijah Simcox, has Neuroblastoma cancer. His dad and I picked up and came to Saint Jude’s in Memphis, TN with Elijah and our three-year-old. Our 3 girls are back home in VA with my stepdad.

I have no idea how long we will be here; I just know it will be a while. At some point, I want my girls here with us, just not sure how or when.
